How to Get an FSSAI License for a Restaurant

For a restaurant with turnover above Rs 12 lakh, you need a State FSSAI License. Gather: ID proof of proprietor/directors, address proof of premises, NOC from municipality, layout plan, list of food categories, and water test report. Designate a Food Safety Supervisor (FSS) who has completed the FoSTaC training from an FSSAI-empanelled training partner. Submit Form B on the FoSCoS portal. The Designated Officer inspects the premises within 30 days. Address any objections, pay the fee, and receive the license.
