1. Who We Are

FinTax24 LLP runs this website and the services on it. We work from Palitana, Gujarat. We are the Data Fiduciary for the personal data on this page. That term comes from the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. We also follow the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its rules.

2. What We Collect

2.1 Data You Give Us

You may call us, email us, or send a WhatsApp message. You may share papers for a filing. We then hold:

• Your name, phone, email and address.
• Business details, such as the firm name, GSTIN and PAN.
• Bank details, when a refund has to reach you.
• ID papers, such as Aadhaar, PAN or a passport, for a filing.

This site has no contact form and no login. So we hold only what you send us yourself.

2.2 Data We See When You Browse

We do not follow you across other sites. We do not sell your data.

When you open a page, our analytics tool records a few fields:

• The page address.
• The page title.
• Your screen size.
• Your browser language.
• The page you came from.
• The host name.

It sets no cookies. It keeps no visitor ID.

Our server also logs the usual request data, such as IP address and browser type. We use these logs to keep the site safe and to fix faults. We keep them for a short time.

2.3 Data From Other Sources

We may receive data from:

• Government portals, when we check a filing.
• Payment providers, when you pay us.
• You, through a call, an email or a WhatsApp message.

We do not buy data from ad networks or data brokers.

3. Why We Use Your Data

3.1 To Do the Work

We use your data to file registrations and returns. We use it to answer your questions. We use it to send you updates about your case.

3.2 To Run the Firm

We use it to raise bills, keep books and meet tax law. We use it to stop fraud.

3.3 To Improve the Site

We read page counts in bulk. We do not read them one person at a time.

3.4 To Send Offers

We send offers only when you ask for them. You can stop them at any time.

4. Consent and the Law

We process your data on your consent, or to meet a legal duty. Under the DPDP Act you may take consent back at any time. Write to us and we will stop, unless a law says we must keep the record.

5. Who We Share It With

5.1 Government Bodies

We file with the bodies that the law names:

• Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
• The GST portal.
• The Income Tax Department.
• FSSAI, BIS and other licence bodies, when your work needs them.

5.2 Service Providers

We use a small set of vendors for payments, hosting and email. Each one must keep your data private. Each one may use it only as we direct.

5.3 Analytics

Our analytics tool is Umami. It runs on our own server at webgrow24.com. We operate it ourselves, as a first-party tool. It is not a Google product. No data goes to Google.

5.4 Legal Duties

We may share data if a court, a regulator or the law asks us to.

6. How Long We Keep It

We keep records for at least eight years. Tax law and company law require it. We delete or anonymise data once we no longer need it.

7. How We Protect It

We protect your data in these ways:

• TLS on every page.
• Encrypted storage for sensitive files.
• Access controls, so only the staff on your case can open it.
• Backups, with a tested restore plan.

No system is fully safe. We cannot promise zero risk.

8. Your Rights

Under the DPDP Act you may:

• Ask what we hold about you.
• Ask us to fix a mistake.
• Ask us to delete data we no longer need.
• Ask for a copy in a common format.
• Take back your consent.
• Complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Email us to use any of these. We reply within 30 days.

9. Cookies and Browser Storage

We set no cookies to track you. Our analytics tool sets no cookies either. It gives your browser no ID.

A few features save small notes in your browser. These cover your recent code searches and a banner you closed. These notes stay on your device. You can clear them from your browser at any time.

10. Links to Other Sites

Our pages link to other websites. We do not control them. Read their privacy pages before you share data with them.

11. Children

Our services are for adults who run a business. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

12. Changes to This Page

We may update this page. The date at the top shows the last edit. If a change is major, we will tell our clients by email.
