Training Programme

Accounting Training Programme

6 months intensive + 18 months live client work. Max 10 seats per cohort. No experience needed — just the willingness to learn.

Next cohort intake: January 2026 ·  Palitana (Bhavnagar district), Gujarat

Why this programme

BCom graduate with no job offers? Here's the problem — and the fix.

Textbook theory ≠ job skills

Your BCom syllabus covers concepts. It does not teach you how to file a GSTR-1, respond to an IT notice, or complete a CHG-1 MCA filing. This programme does.

No real-world exposure

Employers want 2–3 years of experience. You cannot get experience without a job, and you cannot get a job without experience. The live client work phase breaks this cycle from month 7.

Tax law changes constantly

The GST Act, Income Tax Rules, and MCA provisions update every year — sometimes every quarter. Most BCom programmes teach outdated material. We update our curriculum with every amendment.

What you will be able to do after 6 months

  • File GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and GSTR-9 independently
  • Prepare and e-file ITR-1 through ITR-4
  • Handle TDS/TCS quarterly returns and certificates
  • Complete MCA filings (INC-22, CHG-1, AOC-4, MGT-7)
  • Reconcile GSTR-2A vs GSTR-3B and claim input tax credit correctly
  • Use Tally Prime and Zoho Books for end-to-end bookkeeping

6-month intensive

Training curriculum — 8 modules

One new topic per week, with hands-on practicals every session. By the end of month 6, you will have filed dummy returns for 5 businesses across different GST categories.

  1. Basics of Accounting & Bookkeeping

Journal entries, ledger posting, trial balance, financial statements (P&L and Balance Sheet). Practical using Tally Prime and Zoho Books.

  2. GST Act Deep Dive

GST anatomy: registrations, returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9), input tax credit, reverse charge, and e-way bills. Real-world scenarios and error handling.

  3. Income Tax Act — Individuals & Businesses

Salary income, house property, business/profession income, capital gains, and other sources. ITR-1 through ITR-4 filing for individuals and firms.

  4. TDS & TCS Compliance

TDS rates, sections, certificates, quarterly returns (e-TDS), TCS provisions, and reconciliation with Annual Tax Statement.

  5. MCA, Companies Act & ROC Filings

INC-22, CHG-1, MGT-7, AOC-4, and other MCA portal filings. Board resolutions, AGM preparation, and director compliance.

  6. Advanced Excel & Compliance Tools

Excel for tax professionals (pivot tables, XLOOKUP, reconciliation templates), plus hands-on with GST and Income Tax e-filing portals.

  7. Reconciliation & Annexures

GSTR-2A vs GSTR-3B reconciliation, 15CA/15CB foreign payment annexures, form 3CD for tax audits, and other critical compliance annexures.

  8. Soft Skills & Client Communication

How to communicate tax concepts to non-finance clients, handle queries, manage deadlines, and work within a professional services firm.

Months 7–24

Earn while you learn — real clients from month 7

After the intensive phase, you move into live client work under expert supervision. You will handle GST and Income Tax filings for businesses across Gujarat — initially assisted, then independently, as your confidence grows.

  • Month 7–12: Assisted filing (expert review on every return)
  • Month 13–18: Independent filing with spot-checks
  • Month 19–24: Full ownership — your clients, your filings

From month 7, you receive a monthly stipend during the live client phase — not a full salary (you are still learning), but enough to contribute to your EMI payments.

Sample client industries you'll work with

  • Textile & apparel traders ( Surat, Ahmedabad)
  • Diamond & gems merchants (Bhavnagar, Surat)
  • Pharmaceutical distributors (Vadodara, Anand)
  • Agro & food processing units (Mehsana, Sabarkantha)
  • IT/ITeS service providers (Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar)
  • Retail & wholesale traders across 33 Gujarat districts
  • Small manufacturing units (Bavla, Sanand, Vatva
