How we create, review, and update content on FinTax24.
Last updated:
We help Indian SMBs stay compliant with tax and regulatory obligations at a price they can afford. Our model: AI does the heavy lifting, our tax experts verify every filing.
FinTax24 covers tax, legal, and compliance — topics that sit firmly in Google’s YMYL (Your Money or Your Life) category. Every article is held to the five E-E-A-T principles: we demonstrate first-hand Experience from real filings, deep Expertise from credentialed tax and compliance specialists, recognised Authoritativeness through citations to government and regulatory sources, and Trust by being transparent about who we are and how we work. The Experience of having served Indian SMBs since our founding in 2024 informs everything we publish.
Every article is researched and drafted by our content team, then reviewed by a subject-matter expert. Our reviewers include qualified tax experts and compliance specialists — the approved terms we use to describe our team. Each blog post is published with a named author and a credentialed bio. No article goes live on FinTax24 without passing every step of our review workflow:
A member of our content team drafts the article from primary sources (CBDT, CBIC, MCA, ITR forms) and secondary sources (tax journals, ICAI guidance).
A senior editor reviews the draft for structure, clarity, and alignment with our approved voice and terminology.
A fact-checker verifies every cited regulation, section number, deadline, and fee against the original government or regulatory source.
A qualified tax expert signs off that the guidance is accurate, current, and safe for an SMB audience. Only then does the article publish.
We cite primary sources first: official government portals such as incometax.gov.in, gst.gov.in, and mca.gov.in; CBDT and CBIC circulars and notifications; and the current ITR / GST return forms. Where useful, we reference tax journals, ICAI guidance, and established industry publications. Anonymised customer data may also inform our case studies — never identifiable information.
Every page on FinTax24 carries a visible “Last updated” date, and the underlying dateModified schema field is reset on every meaningful revision. Time-sensitive content — tax deadlines, return forms, fee schedules, regulatory thresholds — is reviewed on a 90-day cycle. Evergreen guides and conceptual explainers are reviewed at least every 6 months, sooner if the underlying regulation changes.
When we get something wrong, we fix it. We correct factual errors within 48 hours of discovery, add a visible “Correction: <date>” note at the top of the affected article, and reset the dateModified schema field. If you spot an error, please tell us — see the contact section below.
Spot an error, want to suggest a topic, or have feedback on a guide? Reach our editorial team via the contact form (subject: Editorial). We respond within 2 business days.
FinTax24 is an AI-first legal tech platform. AI helps us research, draft, and check our content at speed. It does not publish on its own. Every article is reviewed and verified by a qualified tax expert or compliance specialist before it reaches you. AI prepares; a human expert signs off.
