October 2021
Renish Mithani noticed that small-town entrepreneurs faced challenges in obtaining basic registrations and licenses. He also observed that many educated individuals from Palitana migrated to cities like Ahmedabad and Surat in search of jobs. This sparked an idea—to build a company that would empower small-town businesses while also creating quality employment opportunities locally. Thus began the groundwork for what would become FinTax24.
November 2021
From a small shop in Palitana, Renish, along with his former colleague and now COO Rahul, started FinTax24 with a shared vision—to simplify compliance and financial services for rural and semi-urban India.
December 2021
FinTax24 was officially registered as a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP), marking a formal step toward structured growth and long-term vision.
January 2022
FinTax24 earned an ISO certification, a strong validation of its commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in its services.
February 2022
Within just a few months, the company had created a visible impact. FinTax24’s client base was growing, and word-of-mouth referrals were accelerating its reach.

FinTax24 marked a key operational milestone—handling a significantly higher number of tax filings, showcasing client trust and service reliability.

As the financial year started, FinTax24 began receiving a surge of inquiries. Realizing the need for a larger space to manage the growing operations, the team started looking for a bigger office.

FinTax24 LLP proudly attained life membership with the Indian Accounting Association, strengthening its professional standing.

Launched a free GST consultation initiative to help small traders and business owners solve compliance issues—demonstrating FinTax24’s values-driven approach.

Started the construction of FinTax24’s own corporate office—24 Square. At the same time, received the official ® (Registered Trademark) for “FinTax24” from IP India, a significant branding milestone.

The building started taking shape, while operations continued at full pace from the current office setup.

Initiated backend planning for a major website upgrade to enhance digital engagement and client servicing.

Upgraded the official website to Version 2 with more features and improved performance—enhancing user experience and accessibility.

Started operations from the ground floor of the new corporate office with basic infrastructure. The support team transitioned here to manage growing service requests.

FinTax24 became the first business in Palitana to be equipped with a JIO SIP trunk (30-number telephony) and leased line internet in its new building.

Opened a branch office in Bhavnagar to serve local clients more effectively and strengthen regional service delivery.

Celebrated the official use of the ® mark—solidifying FinTax24’s brand as a registered and recognized corporate identity.
