Satisfaction Guarantee Policy
FinTax24 LLP is committed to client satisfaction across all services offered via www.fintax24.in. This policy is subject to our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy as published separately on our website.
1. Our Commitment
We aim to deliver high-quality, timely services such as GST registration, tax filings, licensing, deed drafting, legal documentation, and more. If a client is dissatisfied due to a fault attributable solely to FinTax24, we will investigate and, if appropriate, offer a resolution including correction or refund.
2. Raising a Claim
Clients can raise a Satisfaction Guarantee claim by emailing us at refund@fintax24.in within 10 days of service delivery. Please include:
- Order ID or invoice number
- Service details
- A clear description of the issue
If the issue is found to be genuine and due to FinTax24’s error, we will take corrective action or process a refund per the policy outlined below.
3. Exclusions from Guarantee
The Satisfaction Guarantee does not apply to:
- Client-side delays or failure to provide required documents or data
- Rejections or delays from government authorities (GSTN, Income Tax Dept., FSSAI, etc.)
- Changes in laws, processes, portal issues, or third-party failures beyond our control
- Client-requested cancellations after service initiation
- Situations where the client raises a claim after 30 days of payment without any activity or initiation
4. Refund Policy
Refunds will only be granted if:
- We are unable to fulfill the order
- The issue is entirely due to our fault
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Client delays or fails to provide required documents
- A government body rejects or objects to an application
- The order is already fulfilled
- The request is raised after 30 days from payment without any activity or initiation
Only professional service fees are refundable. Government fees, challan payments, third-party/vendor charges, and payment gateway fees are non-refundable.
Approved refunds will be processed within 30 working days of confirmation.
5. eBook Sales
All eBook purchases are non-refundable.
We strongly advise customers to review product descriptions carefully before purchase. Refunds will not be entertained under any circumstance once an eBook has been purchased.
6. Service Modification
If you wish to change your selected service:
- The request must be made within 7 days of payment
- The original service must not be completed
- The paid amount (excluding government or third-party fees) will be adjusted against the new service
- If the new service is of lower value, the difference will be issued as a coupon code valid for 365 days
