Responsibilities

  • Provide expert guidance and advice to clients on trademark registration and protection strategies.
  • Conduct trademark searches and evaluations to assess availability and registrability.
  • Prepare and file trademark applications with relevant authorities.
  • Manage trademark portfolios and ensure timely renewal and maintenance of trademarks.
  • Assist clients in enforcing their trademark rights against infringement and unauthorized use.
  • Conduct trademark audits and due diligence reviews for mergers, acquisitions, and licensing agreements.
  • Stay updated on changes to trademark laws and regulations and communicate updates to clients.
  • Collaborate with clients and legal teams to develop and implement trademark protection strategies and policies.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of trademark-related activities and client engagements.
  • Continuously enhance knowledge and skills in trademark consultancy through ongoing education and training.
