Responsibilities

Call potential and current customers and talk to them about our products or services
Explain what we offer in a clear, friendly, and easy-to-understand way
Try to meet your daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
Listen to what customers need and suggest the best product or solution for them
Answer any questions customers have and help solve small issues quickly
Keep a record of your calls, conversations, and sales properly in our system
Follow up with interested customers and help them complete their purchase

Qualifications

You should have passed 12th standard or be a graduate
If you’ve worked in telesales, call center, or customer support before, that’s a plus
You must be comfortable speaking in Gujarati and Hindi
Basic computer skills are a must (typing, using email, etc.)
You should be a good communicator and speak with confidence
