As an IP Consultant, you will work closely with legal professionals, entrepreneurs, and businesses to guide them through the IP registration and protection process. Whether you're a law graduate, IP enthusiast, or looking to specialize in intellectual property consulting — this role is ideal for you.

Responsibilities

Assist clients in trademark, copyright, and patent registration processes.
Conduct IP research, prior art searches, and due diligence.
Draft and file IP-related documents, applications, and legal notices.
Advise startups and businesses on brand protection and IP compliance.
Monitor IP filings, deadlines, renewals, and infringements.
Stay updated with the latest changes in IP laws, WIPO guidelines, and Indian IP policies.
Maintain accurate records of IP portfolios, filings, and case status.
Coordinate with government portals (IPINDIA, WIPO, etc.) and legal professionals.
Support the legal team with basic documentation, reporting, and client communication.

Qualifications

LLB / LLM / BBA-LLB / B.Com-LLB or related degree (students or graduates).
Interest in Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), IP litigation, and IP strategy.
Basic knowledge of trademark, copyright, and patent laws in India.
Strong research, writing, and communication skills.
Familiarity with IP India website or WIPO systems is a plus (not mandatory).
Freshers with a legal background and willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
