FinTax24 is hiring an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Telecaller to join our growing team in Palitana.
As a Telecaller, you will play a key role in reaching out to potential clients, explaining our accounting and taxation services, and helping them register for GST, MSME, and other compliance solutions.
You should have excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi, a friendly personality, and a positive attitude toward achieving monthly targets.
Make outbound and inbound calls to potential and existing clients.
Explain FinTax24’s range of services, including GST registration, return filing, and business compliance.
Follow up with leads and convert them into clients.
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information in the CRM.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Meet weekly and monthly sales or conversion targets.
Handle customer queries professionally and resolve issues promptly.
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (HSC) or Graduate in any stream (B.Com, BBA, BA, etc.)
Candidates with a background in Commerce or Business Administration will be preferred.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM tools) is required.
Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Hindi are essential.
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar telecalling or telesales role.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
Basic knowledge of accounting or taxation services is an advantage.
Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in using MS Office or CRM tools.
